I'll simply allow the words to drip off my tongue and onto the page
splashing up onto your cheek.
I fell once.
Hard.
So hard I couldn't understand up.
But I found a crack in the wall just big enough to slip my fingers into and pull myself to standing.
These are my words.
An account of things as they are in my mind.
My journey from fallen, to standing, to flying.
Sometimes laughing and sometimes crying
But always moving forward.
